MoveIT is a corporate wellness and gamification application developed strictly for internal use by employees of Quadient s.r.o. ("we", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
1. Data We Collect
- Contact Information: Your email address and name. This is used solely for authentication and creating your profile within the internal leaderboards.
- Health & Fitness Data (Exercise Minutes): With your explicit permission, the app reads your active exercise time from Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS or Health Connect on Android.
MoveIT only reads your "Apple Exercise Time" (HKQuantityTypeIdentifierAppleExerciseTime) to calculate daily progress for internal company challenges. We do not write data to Apple Health.
HealthKit data is NEVER used for marketing, advertising, or sold to third parties. It is strictly used to provide the gamification functionality within the app.
2. How We Use Your Data
The collected data is used exclusively for:
- Operating the MoveIT application and maintaining internal leaderboards.
- Verifying your authorization via a company access code.
- Calculating individual challenge scores and gamification rewards.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not share, sell, or rent any of your personal or health data to any third party. Data is securely stored using a modern cloud database provider and is only accessible by authorized system administrators for maintenance purposes.
4. Data Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account and all associated health data at any time by submitting a request through the internal YouTrack support portal.
App Support
Need help with the MoveIT app? Because this is an internal application, we handle all support requests through our standard internal channels to protect your privacy and ensure quick resolution.
